Working with a skilled facilitator
Using a skilled and experienced facilitator from outside the organisation can be beneficial in the following situations:
* You are responsible for a meeting and have a vested interest in the outcome or issues that need to be discussed and want a neutral facilitator to provide an opportunity for all views to be aired
* There is conflict in the team or group that someone inside the organisation might find hard to tackle (see also: change and conflict)
* There is a complex change issue that needs to be facilitated by someone with skills that do not exist elsewhere in the organisation
WHooSH can provide you with a consultant who is both skilled and experienced in facilitation. We will also help you to learn about the skills of facilitation by experiencing good practice.
