Coaching


We provide coaching for managers at all levels and recommend coaching as a particularly effective process for supporting senior managers with the challenges of change. The style of coaching will depend on the individual: their needs and preferences, the goals of the coaching, and the timescale and budget identified.

Coaching could include some or all of the following:

  • 360 feedback from a range of colleagues, managers and staff members.
  • Completion and analysis of psychometric tools such as Myers Briggs Type Indicator; FIRO B or 16PF.
  • Creative visualisation methods to focus on desired results.
  • Observation from the coach at the place of work and feedback. 
  • Set activities between coaching sessions.
